We collect only the details needed to run the platform and help bakeries fulfil orders safely.

• Phone number
• Email address
• Delivery or pickup address
• Order details and bakery selection
• Basic account and support history

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account
• To route your order or custom request to the bakery you selected
• To send order updates, reminders, and support messages
• To improve Frostify features, security, and service quality

Payments

Online payments are handled through Razorpay or another secure payment gateway when that option is enabled.

Frostify does not store your card details, UPI PIN, bank account password, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Who we share data with

We share order details only with the bakery you selected so that bakery can prepare, pack, and fulfil your order or respond to your request.

• Selected bakery for order fulfilment and customer contact
• Payment gateway only for payment processing
• Service providers used to keep the app secure and working

How we protect data

• We use access controls and secure backend services
• We do not sell your personal data
• We limit data access to what is needed for platform operations

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to update or delete your personal information, subject to legal or business records that must be kept for a reasonable period.
