Platform role

Frostify helps customers discover bakeries, place orders, and track updates inside one platform.

Each bakery is an independent seller and operates its own store, products, prices, fulfilment options, and customer handling.

Bakery responsibility

• Product quality and food preparation
• Correct product details, pricing, and availability
• Order acceptance or rejection
• Order fulfilment, delivery, and pickup handling
• Order cancellation decisions
• Customer communication for order-specific issues

Frostify is not responsible for

• Bakery delays
• Incorrect orders
• Delivery failures
• Product quality issues
• Bakery-side cancellations
• Food safety issues caused by the bakery

Customer responsibilities

• Provide correct contact, address, and order details
• Review bakery-specific policies before ordering
• Contact the bakery directly for order changes, cancellations, or complaints

Order decisions

Bakeries have full authority to accept, reject, or cancel orders when needed. Frostify may show status updates, but the final fulfilment decision belongs to the bakery.

• Bakeries may cancel if items are unavailable
• Bakeries may reject custom requests they cannot fulfil
• Customers must work with the bakery for any changes after placement

Misuse and suspension

Frostify may suspend or remove customer or bakery accounts for fraud, abuse, harmful conduct, false listings, payment misuse, or repeated policy violations.
